Requirements:

2. Candidates from Beijing should have a minimum of two years of post qualification experience, and candidates from other places should have a minimum of 3 years of post qualification experience.

3. With the ability to independently develop service and outstanding insight in one particular area of law.

4. With good interpersonal and coordination skills, good personal character, strong commitment and team spirit.

5. With a bachelor’s degree or above; ability to work in one foreign language and to handle cases independently is preferred.

6. With no record of complaints against and penalties levied by relevant administrative departments in charge in the course of legal practice.
