Co. Ltd. in the securities buy-back case filed

litigation was successfully executed. He was commended

l Successfully represented Beijing Yingao Trading
Co. Ltd in litigation filed against Beijing Dannong
Enterprise Group Corporation over futures trade
disputes and executed the litigation.
l Successfully represented Huayuan Futures Broker
Co. Ltd in litigation filed against China National
Packaging Materials Corporation over futures trade
disputes and executed the litigation.
l Successfully represented North Ocean (Tianjin)
Materials Group Corporation in the retrial of
litigation filed against Hebei Langfang Cereals
and Oils Trading Company, Xianghe County Foreign
Trade and Cereals and Oils Export Center and China
International Futures Co. Ltd over futures trade
disputes. Hebei Provincial Higher People's Court
revoked Hebei-Economic-Final Civil Judgment No.
115 [1996] of Hebei Provincial Higher People's
Court given out on June 30, 1998. Hebei Provincial
Higher People's Court filed the judgment as Hebei-Economic-Retrial
Civil Judgment No. 1 [1999], giving North Ocean
(Tianjin) Materials Group Corporation a clear
winning. The retrial and revocation by Hebei Provincial
Higher People's Court upheld the client’s legal
rights and interests.
l Represented Nevada Commission on Tourism China
Office, Beijing Master Group, Beijing Guofa Industrial
Investment Center, University of International
Business and Economics, Chinadotcom in non-contentious
cases such as contract reviewing, with satisfactory
results.
l Successfully acted as defense attorney for
Mr Zhang, President of Board of Directors of Zhangjiakou
Rongqing Group Corporation in the intentional
injury (causing death) case. The court accepted
the defense, and the client expressed his satisfaction.
l Successfully acted as defense attorney for
Mr Yang, Chief of Jiexi Police Substation, Shantou,
in his appeal for innocence in the criminal proceedings
with supplementary civil actions filed against
him for malfeasance, ending in his acquittal after
being detained for 500 hundred days with no responsibility
for civil compensation.
l Successfully represented a primary school student
in Harbin in the second trial of the physical
injury case filed against Wang, a teacher. The
court recognized the expenses incurred or likely
to incur to the student for medical treatment,
nursing and psychotherapy and supported his claim
for compensation of 5000 yuan for moral damage,
thus upholding the primary school student’s legal
rights and interests.
l Successfully represented Changping Coal Company’s
(of Beijing Coal Corporation) in its disputes
over property ownership with Beijing Sanyuan Property
Management Center. On March 14, 2002, the Second
Intermediate People’s Court of Beijing revoked
Chaoyang-Economic-Pre Civil Judgment No. 4052
[2001] by Beijing Chaoyang District People's Court
and supported Changping Coal Company’s (of Beijing
Coal Corporation) petition of appeal.
l Successfully acted for Liu and filed the first-ever
administrative procedure against Beijing Traffic
Management Bureau for disputes over liabilities
in a road accident.
